Factory option

1965 Mustang

The remote-control mirror let the driver change the outside mirror angle with an interior control rather than reaching through the window. Its housing, control cable, bezel, mounting position, and door modifications provide identification evidence.

Reproduction mirrors and replaced doors are common, so the mirror alone does not prove the car was ordered with the option.
